Discovered in the state of Karnatika, this uniqe light weight, flexible choker resembles the simple yet regal jewellery worn by traditional women in Goa.  Each piece of jewellery is symbolic of a rite of passage during different phases of  their lives.
 
This necklace was handmade by Pasak, a skilled metalsmith in Bali. This particular design took several, labor intensive attempts, to work the metal in malleable ways to achieve the design aesthetic, lightness in weight and flexiblity to put on and take off.
