PAYMENTS, SHIPPING & RETURNS
All payments are processed through Paypal, a secure American company operating a worldwide online payments system that supports online money transfers. We accept paypal and most major credit cards. Manual payments can be processed either by cheque to Kapoeta by Ambica or via Mpesa to 0711760240. If you would like to use another form of payment kindly contact us and we will accommodate your needs.
We ship from Kenya and Bali worldwide. Shipping cost is the same from either country and calculated at the check out. Estimate shipping fee is $30 to the USA, UK and Europe. Shipping fees vary according to country and range up to $55 depending on the geographic location. Estimated shipping time from Bali using the local post is up to 17 Days. Estimated shipping time from Kenya using DHL is up to 10 days. We usually keep stock of products however, we do not mass produce, therefore we cannot guarantee all products will be in stock at the time the order is placed. Please acknowledge some feathers or materials may be out of stock and challenging to find. However, we do our best to keep on top of this! If you require a "rushed" order, kindly send an email to i and we will work to get the order to you on time. Arrival of order also depends on your country's customs regulation. From the moment your parcel is shipped, it is out of our hands and we cannot control when it arrives.
PICKING UP PRODUCTS IN KENYA
Products may be available for collection directly from our stockists in Kenya. Please note, we produce various pieces of our jewellery in Bali and usually send shipments in bulk to Kenya for collection. Please get in touch with us to find out where to collect your jewellery.
COURIER WITHIN KENYA
We offer courier services within Kenya with G4S or Wells Fargo. Price will vary depending on geographic location. Products are dispatched from Nairobi.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If an item does not fit to your desire please contact and we will do our best to accommodate your needs. If you would like to return an item please send it to the address below within 14 business days of receiving your order. We do not cover return and/or exchange shipping fees, and we highly recommend adding tracking to your returned parcel. We will gladly replace any defective item you wish to exchange! We do our best to check every item very carefully before sending it your way. If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Please be aware that exchanges can take 7 business days to process from the moment your returned parcel is received, depending on the volume of orders we have at the moment.
